Founded in 1860, Tahbilk is located in the Nagambie Lakes region, Victoria. In 1925, Pubrick family purchased the winery. Every bottle of wine from Tahbilk Estate reflects five generations of passion & hard work. One of the Australia’s First Families of Wine, the brand is known for production of Rhône Valley varietals.
TASTING NOTES
This dry rosé is a blend of 59% Grenache and 41% Mourvèdre grape varieties. Upon being poured, it flaunts a light pink colour. A whiff of the wine reveals rose blossom, musk and spice hints. These notes make way for a lively and textural palate showcasing vibrant red berry fruit flavours along with savoury nuances. The finale is brimming with grape acidity. Enjoy this delicious wine with smoked salmon, roast chicken, or simple salad.
