WINERY INFORMATION:

Reborn in 1995, Tatachilla winery has a long history which dates back to 1903. Situated to the north of McLaren Vale, the winery had been owned by Penfolds till 1961, and changed ownership multiple times. Lion Nathan purchased the winery in 2002 and it was then acquired by Accolades Wines in 2017. Wines under this brand are now crafted under the supervision of winemaker Jeremy Ottawa.

TASTING NOTES:

This pale salmon blush coloured wine comes out as light and fresh. The bouquet emanates lightly perfumed aromas lifted with florals and spicy nuances, accented with soft red berries. The palate shows a rich flavour with a creamy mid palate giving a textured and succulent mouthfeel. Serve it chilled with Chicken or niÃ§oise salad.
