Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2024 vintage in Hawke’s Bay offered mild weather and a long ripening period, delivering fruit with excellent flavour concentration and natural acidity. The region’s free-draining soils and warm days ensured Gamay of brightness, vibrancy, and purity.

Winemaking Process
The fruit was hand-picked and fermented with a portion of whole bunches to enhance aromatic lift and texture. A cool fermentation preserved primary fruit character, followed by brief maturation in stainless steel to retain freshness and vitality.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in colour. Bursting with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and red cherry, lifted by floral notes of violets and subtle spice. The palate is juicy, fresh, and supple, showing lively red fruits, silky tannins, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
