Founded by Ian Hopkins, Tellurian is a family-owned winery based in the Heathcote wine region. The winemaking team works under watchful eye of winemaker Tobias Anstead. This approach helps in revealing the unique personalities of Tellurian vineyards in their wines.

TASTING NOTES:

Crafted using 70% Marsanne, 16% Fiano and 14% Riesling, Tellurian Toolleen Blanc is a luscious blend showing a pale straw colour. This versatile Heathcote white has powerful aromatics of green apple and pear on the bouquet, with some herbal and grassy hints. The medium-bodied palate features expressive flavours of tropical fruit and nashi pear, with spice and jasmine nuances. The wine has a soft texture and slightly waxy characters that combine with clean acidity to provide a fresh finish. It’s a perfect blend to pair with Cheddar and Gruyere cheeses.
