Wine Description

Located in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.

TASTING NOTES

A cooler growing season led to diverse ripening times for the Pinot Noir blocks. Exhibiting a ruby red colour, the drink exudes bright strawberry and cherry aromas with savoury earthy notes. The palate is clean and integrated with soft tannins and good structure. Serve this wonderful wine with classic French dishes with light creamy sauces.
