Product Description
Situated in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.
TASTING NOTES
The wine shows deep red hues throughout. Toasty, blackcurrant, plum and mocha vanilla aromas dominate the nose. Integrated with firm tannins, the medium-bodied wine reveals flavours of red fruits, blackcurrant, plum and spice.
