Product Description
Situated in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.
TASTING NOTES
The fruit for the 2019 vintage was sourced from vineyards in Currency Creek, Langhorne Creek, Eden Valley and the Riverland. This Shiraz reveals deep red hues in a glass. It exudes aromas of plum, ripe red fruits, spicy oak and toasty vanilla. Succulent ripe red fruits combine with complex French and American oak tannins to deliver a well-balanced preservative free wine. Pair this drink with wild mushroom risotto and stuffed zucchini flowers.
