Winery Background
Two Hands Wines, established in 1999, has become a global benchmark for premium Australian Shiraz. The Garden Series highlights Shiraz from six iconic South Australian regions, with Lily’s Garden representing McLaren Vale—famed for its plush, velvety, and generous red wines.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2022 vintage in McLaren Vale was exceptional, with warm days tempered by cooling sea breezes. These conditions produced Shiraz of richness and elegance, with concentrated fruit flavours and beautifully balanced natural acidity.

Winemaking Process
Hand-picked fruit was fermented in small open-top fermenters, with gentle extraction to preserve aromatics and texture. The wine was matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads (including a proportion of new oak), adding complexity, spice, and depth while retaining McLaren Vale’s signature plushness.

Tasting Notes
Deep crimson with a purple rim. Aromas of blueberry, plum, and mulberry are lifted by notes of violet, cocoa, and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and luxurious, with layers of ripe dark fruits, silky tannins, and hints of chocolate and clove, finishing long and seamless.

Food Pairing
An outstanding companion to roast lamb, beef fillet, or game meats. Also pairs beautifully with rich pasta dishes, mushroom ragù, or hard cheeses.
