TASTING NOTES:

The fruit for Stone's Throw Semillon was picked in the cool of the night. These grapes were crushed, pressed and then cold settled, followed by fermentation with yeast. This led to the creation of a pale yellow colour accompanied by subtle green tinges. Lifted scents of sweet pea and citrus flow from the perfumed bouquet, making way for a fine palate laden with zesty and floral citrus flavours as well as flinty notes. These interesting flavours and fragrances eventually pave the way for a delicate and enticing finish. This magnificent wine complements foods like seafood tempura, grilled mackerel, and Stilton cheese.
