TASTING NOTES

Bright and clear with a light gold colour. Fresh and lifted on the nose with the attractive ‘stone fruit’ characters that are the hallmark of this variety; lovely aromas of light peach and white nectarine.This is a Chardonnay that is delicious for drinking now and over the next year or so. Itsgenerous, peachy melon fruit flavours are beautifully balanced by the lightly drying, fresh acidity. Ithas a lovely silkiness on the palate with great mouth feel and also the tiniest touch of oak tannin which contributes to it’s to good length. A great match with all foods!
