The fruit for West Cape Howe Regional Riesling was harvested from the Langton vineyard in Mount Barker. Riesling from this region is known for its great flavour profile and refreshing crispiness. This Riesling is a very bright and clear wine with a light green tinge. The wine has a fragrant nose exuding orange blossom, sweet lemon rind and spicy lime aromas. The delicate palate of this fine and dry wine has flavours of lemon sherbet and sweet limes, with very light floral notes. The fresh and zingy acidity provides it with good length of flavour, as well as a clean and crisp finish. This Mount Barker Riesling can be cellared for 8 years. Enjoy it with seafood, especially shellfish, crab meat and white fish.
