In less than a decade, the Oatley family Wild Oats range of contemporary wines has enjoyed remarkable success winning multiple awards, critical acclaim, widespread distribution and a multitude of fans Australia-wide.Produced specifically as a ros? wine by pressing the red grapes as if to make a white wine, minimising the phenolics and retaining the bright clean fruit flavours. It has been deliberately made at the drier end of the ros? spectrum.
TASTING NOTES:
Shiraz grapes from Oatley family vineyards at Mudgee are judiciously selected to produce a wine that is soft and dry, with juicy red fruit characters. This delicious wine cries out for an antipasto platter or a bucket of prawns.
