TASTING NOTES:

White Label Shiraz is a stylish blend of 5% Mataro and 2% Graciano grapes with 93% Shiraz grapes. It shows a deep red colour accompanied by a purple haze. The attractive bouquet exhibits fruity aromas of blood plums, dark berries and exotic spice, with subtle oak hints following close behind. The bold palate is rife with intense flavours of spice and dark berries, supported by fine tannins. These flavours and fragrances fuse together to offer a captivating finish marked by fresh acidity. Made for consumption upon release, this beautiful Shiraz from Woods Crampton Wines can be cellared for a decade. Pair it with grilled back ribs, dark chocolate and Parmesan cheese.
