Margaret River, Western Australia, is globally recognised for Cabernet Sauvignon, thanks to its maritime climate, gravelly soils, and long, even ripening season. The 2020 vintage delivered excellent fruit quality despite being one of the smallest harvests on record, producing wines with intensity, structure, and balance.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested fruit underwent fermentation on skins to extract colour, flavour, and fine tannins, followed by maturation in a mix of French oak barriques. This combination has preserved Cabernet’s varietal purity while adding layers of spice and structure.
