Winery Overview & Region

Rosily Vineyard is an estate winery based in Margaret River, WA. The vineyard was first planted in the mid-1990s using cuttings from nearby renowned vineyards. All wines are estate-grown, organically farmed (certified since 2017) and aim to reflect the unique coastal terroir of Wilyabrup.

Winemaking

Grapes are gently handled and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve crispness and varietal character. This ensures a clean, aromatic wine in line with what Rosily aims for in its white range.

Tasting Notes (Typical Style)

• Aroma: Citrus, lime zest, green apple or gooseberry, light herbal or grassy notes, possibly hints of tropical fruit.

• Palate: Light-bodied, crisp acidity, bright citrus and green fruit flavours, refreshing and clean, finishing dry.
