Will Nairn took a significant risk when he made the decision of switching careers from farming lucernes to opening a winery. His Baldivis property was ideal for the growing of grapes and he had a keen passion for wines. So, he established Peel Estate Wines. In the year 2009, he produced his 30th vintage. The wines produced at Peel are superior in quality and rich in taste. Their delicious fruity character contains just enough wood to add longevity and complexity to the wines, making them delicious and elegant drinks. In 2006, winemaker Mark, who has an experience of 15 years in the field of winemaking in Australia as well as Europe, joined Peel Estate. Mark has a reputation for crafting dazzling sparkling wines and is responsible for the production of all sparklings at Peel. Viticulturist Stuart joined Peel Estate in the year 2008 after completing his degree in viticulture. Later in 2011, Julie Edwards was recruited for her experience in finance, hospitality, HR and customer service.
