Vasse Felix Classic White is a stylish blend of high-quality Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Margaret River region. The wine is made from 60% Semillon to which zesty citrus and lovely floral notes are attributed and 40% Sauvignon Blanc which adds aromatic notes of tropical passionfruit. The grapes are picked at the most optimum state when subtle lifted aromas, fine acidity and crisp fruit flavours are at an ideal balance. After crushing, fresh juices from the fruits are fermented in cool environments and inoculated with selected yeasts to highlight the wine’s innate complexity.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White features a vibrant pale straw colour with lemon verbena herb, yellow and green snake confectionery, and mild notes of white pepper and sandalwood both on the wine’s bouquet and palate. A burst of succulent fruits, balanced acidity and hints of lemon ginger tea and white pepper finishes the wine to a bright, clean and refreshing finale.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry Redis made from 83% Shiraz and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, pressed separately into stainless steel vessels. Fresh Shiraz grapes are crushed on skins to retain the soft texture and delectable structure. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes a luscious backbone of velvety smooth tannins and ripe cassis. After the final blending, the wine is matured in oak barriques for 12 months to add a nice touch of elegance and style.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry Red is popular for its excellent length and structure. The wine displays a bright dark maroon colour with lively red on the edges. The wine’s nose is filled with seductive aromas of sweet raspberry, chewy jam tart, and subtle hints of relaxing earthy notes, mushroom skin, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak. The wine’s palate is introduced with a silky smooth texture and a lovely classic red wine depth.
