Cumulus Estate is a well - reputed and respected winery that is quickly emerging as one of the largest wine producers of Orange as well as Central Ranges wine regions. The estate covers an area of about 508 hectares, 48% of which lies in the Orange region while the remaining 52% is part of the Central Ranges. The different varieties growing on the vineyard include Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Mourvedre and Semillon. All these premium wines are sold across 20 countries, with 40% of the produce being exported to international markets like USA, Canada, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and some European countries as well.

One of the most celebrated wines produced by the winery is the Cumulus Chardonnay. It is handcrafted only in exceptional vintage periods, thus making it a limited - release wine. The best parcels of grapes are hand-picked, whole - bunch - pressed and barrel - fermented with natural yeast, followed by maturation in French and American oak for about 12 months.

The result is the creation of an elegant, structured and graceful wine that displays white nectarine and citrus hints. The creamy and textured palate contains rich fruit flavours and integrated oak characters with yeast complexity that lead to a crisp and lingering finale. Try this wine with creamy white pasta, seafood or Caesar salad and you are sure to love it.
