Succulent Pinot Noir grapes are carefully harvested and pressed into stainless steel with the skin on. After six days of fermentation, the wine is matured in premium quality French oak to add to the complex structure of the wine and to retain its freshness.

The year 2014 saw extreme climate conditions that forced early harvest of the fruits. Despite the conditions, the grapes were able to gently ripen and produce an ideal balance of sugar, acid and Pinot Noir characters.
