About the Wine
Gaelic Cemetery Vineyard was planted in 1996 and commercially established in 2005, originally under the well known Pike family before Pirathon took ownership in 2019, with Julian Bermingham now the winemaker. The vineyard sits in a secluded valley within the Clare hills, one of the earliest ripening Shiraz sites in the region. The Celtic Farm Shiraz Cabernet 2021 blends the two varieties into a bold, well structured red, backed by scores of 94, 93 and 92 points.
