1. You are invited to enter a trade promotion advertised by Just Wines Australia Pty Ltd ("Just Wines") conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The entry period for the prize draw will commence at 9:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on November 15th, 2025 and will close at 11:59 PM AEST on December 15th, 2025 ("Closing Date"). Order entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be valid.
2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident to participate. The prize draw is not open to employees, family members, or contractors of Just Wines.
3. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as by the decisions of Just Wines, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. The competition will be hosted by Just Wines (https://justwines.com.au) and shared via its social media channels. To enter, entrants must place an order on the Just Wines website with a minimum spend of $199. Entrants must provide their full name, telephone number, and email address, as winners will be notified either by email or by phone.
5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Just Wines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. All entries become the property of Just Wines. By entering, participants agree that their details may be used for future marketing, promotions, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation, unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
8. The prize includes:

9. The draw will take place at 6 Burilda Close, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164 on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 5:00 PM AEST. Winners will be selected at random and announced on the same day at https://justwines.com.au/pages/christmas-giveaway-2025..
10. All prizes will be dispatched on December 17th, 2025
11. There is no cash or credit alternative to the prizes.
12. Winners will be notified by email and telephone on December 17th, 2025 to arrange prize delivery.
13. Winners must be 18 years or older and will be required to present valid photographic identification when claiming their prize
14. Winners must sign any release forms required by Just Wines or its partners. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
15. Prizes are transferable to friends or family but cannot be resold, refunded, or exchanged.
16. If a winner cannot be contacted within 90 days after reasonable efforts by Just Wines, a second-chance draw will be held. The second draw will include all eligible non-winning entries.
17. The second-chance draw will be held at 6 Burilda Close, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164 on March 17th, 2026 at 5:00 PM AEST.
The winner will be announced on https://justwines.com.au/pages/giveaway-2025 on March 20th, 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST.
18. By entering, each participant consents to the collection of personal data for the purpose of administering the promotion and for future marketing communications in accordance with the Just Wines Privacy Policy. Personal information may be disclosed to agents, contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities as required.
19. Just Wines may use winners’ names, suburb, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional payment or permission.
20. Just Wines accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system errors, or other disruptions that may affect entry submission or prize notification.
21. Just Wines is not responsible for any third-party products or services offered as prizes. These may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
22. Just Wines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or the operation of the promotion subject to regulatory approval where required.
23. Failure by Just Wines to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
24. This promotion is governed by Australian law and is run by Just Wines Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 70 156 011 291), located at 6 Burilda Close, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.
25. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Just Wines and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
