Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2024 Late Harvest was sourced from estate vineyards in Frankland River, where gravelly loam soils and cool nights preserve acidity and freshness. The extended ripening period of the vintage allowed for concentrated flavours and natural sweetness in the fruit.

Winemaking Process
Grapes were harvested late in the season to achieve higher natural sugar levels. A cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved aromatic intensity and crisp acidity, balancing the sweetness and creating a refreshing dessert-style wine.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in colour with bright reflections. Aromas of honeysuckle, ripe peach, and citrus blossom are layered with hints of tropical fruit. The palate is luscious yet vibrant, with flavours of apricot, mandarin, and honey balanced by zesty acidity, finishing clean and refreshing.

Food Pairing
Perfect with fruit tarts, panna cotta, crème brûlée, or soft cheeses. It can also be enjoyed lightly chilled as a dessert in its own right.
