A finely poised, dry style showing lifted aromas of lime blossom, green apple skin and crushed river stone. The palate is taut and linear, driven by bright citrus and crunchy orchard fruit, with a saline mineral edge and racy natural acidity providing precision and length. Bone-dry in impression, it finishes clean and mouthwatering with subtle talc-like texture and excellent tension.
