Amisfield Estate is a leading winery located in the Pisa subregion of Central Otago, New Zealand, overlooking Lake Dunstan and the surrounding alpine ranges. Established in the late 1980s and now internationally recognised for its site-driven Pinot Noir, the estate farms its vineyards sustainably in a cool continental climate marked by warm days, cold nights and low rainfall, ideal for producing wines of purity and structure. Amisfield has built a strong reputation for its refined, expressive Pinot Noir. The estate is also home to the acclaimed Amisfield Restaurant Top 100 in the world, known for its seasonal “Trust the Chef” menu that highlights regional produce and reinforces the winery’s strong connection between land, wine and cuisine.

Fragrant red cherry, wild raspberry and dried thyme aromas lead into a supple yet structured palate. Silky tannins frame bright red fruit, with savoury undertones of forest floor and subtle oak spice adding depth. Elegant and finely balanced, showing purity of fruit, lively acidity and a persistent, savoury finish typical of Central Otago Pinot Noir.
