Made predominantly from Pinot Noir blended with Gamay, this wine achieves its beautiful color and fresh red-fruit character through short maceration prior to secondary bottle fermentation.

In the glass, it displays a delicate salmon-pink hue with fine, long-lasting bubbles. Aromas of wild raspberries, red currants, pink grapefruit, and subtle biscuit spice fill the nose.
