Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The 2023 Moscato grapes come from the Riverland region in South Australia, where warm daytime temperatures and cooler nights helped preserve aromatics and natural acidity. The vintage was well suited to producing lively fruit-driven wines, particularly lighter aromatic styles like Moscato.

Winemaking Process

Harvesting was done at optimal ripeness, with care to pick when the fruit still has freshness. The grapes were gently pressed and cool-fermented to retain their natural aromatics and sweetness. Minimal intervention in the winery ensures a clean, vibrant profile true to Moscato fruit.
