The Angove Organic Cuvée Brut NV is a distinguished sparkling wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the family's certified organic Nanya Vineyard in South Australia. This wine embodies the Angove family's commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture, producing a sparkling wine that is both elegant and expressive.

Winemaking Process

The grapes were harvested early to retain the vital acidity essential for sparkling wines. After pressing and cold settling, the juice underwent fermentation with a carefully selected yeast strain. The wine was aged 'sur lie' for an extended period to develop a subtle yeasty toastiness before bottling.

• Appearance: Light straw with a fine, effervescent bead.
  

• Aroma: Lifted aromas of citrus and nashi pear, offering a fresh and inviting bouquet.
