Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The fruit for this Chardonnay was sourced from certified organic vineyards in McLaren Vale, a region renowned for its cooling coastal breezes and diverse soils. The 2022 vintage enjoyed a mild growing season with steady ripening conditions, resulting in fruit of exceptional balance and natural acidity. Careful canopy management allowed the grapes to develop vibrant flavours while retaining freshness.

Winemaking
Hand-selected organic Chardonnay grapes were gently pressed to preserve their delicate aromatics. A portion of the juice was fermented in French oak barrels to add texture and complexity, while the remainder was cool fermented in stainless steel to capture crisp fruit character. Lees stirring over several months imparted subtle creaminess and depth without overwhelming the natural vibrancy of the fruit.
