Region & Vintage
McLaren Vale’s coastal influence provides warm, sunny days balanced by cooling breezes from the Gulf of St Vincent. These conditions allow grapes to ripen fully while retaining freshness and natural acidity. The 2022 vintage delivered pristine fruit and balance, ideal for producing delicate, aromatic Rosé.

Winemaking
Crafted from carefully selected parcels of Mediterranean varieties, the fruit was picked early to preserve vibrancy. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel retained aromatics, while a short period on lees added texture and depth.

Tasting Notes
A pale blush pink in colour. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate are lifted by floral notes of rose petal. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing red berry fruits, citrus zest, and subtle spice. A fine line of acidity delivers a clean, dry finish with lingering elegance.
