Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2025 vintage in Margaret River was shaped by a mild spring, warm summer, and cool nights during harvest, resulting in exceptional fruit flavour retention and natural acidity. Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand-picked from mature estate vines planted in the late 1970s, known for producing fruit with lifted aromatics and precise structure.

Winemaking Process

Fruit was harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and gently pressed to stainless steel tanks. A cool fermentation preserved varietal character, with no oak influence to maintain purity. Lees contact for several weeks added texture and complexity before bottling under screwcap.
