Ashbrook Estate, founded in 1975, is one of Margaret River’s oldest family-owned wineries, producing exclusively estate-grown wines. Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2023 growing season in Margaret River enjoyed warm, dry days and cool evenings, providing ideal conditions for Verdelho. The estate’s mature vines, planted in gravelly loam soils, produced low yields with exceptional flavour concentration and bright natural acidity.

Winemaking Process

Fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning to preserve freshness. Gentle whole-bunch pressing was followed by cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to highlight aromatic intensity. The wine was bottled young to retain its vibrant, fruit-driven style.

Pale straw with green tints. Fragrant aromas of tropical fruits, citrus zest, and fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and lively, with flavours of passionfruit, guava, and lime balanced by a refreshing acidity and a clean, zesty finish.
