Winemaking Process

The grapes were harvested at peak ripeness, destemmed, and fermented in small batches to ensure gentle extraction of colour and tannin. Maturation took place in a mix of seasoned and new French oak barrels for 10 months, adding depth and subtle spice without overpowering the fruit.
