Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2025growing season brought mild, dry weather, ensuring even ripening and excellent flavour concentration. The vineyard’s elevated position provided cooling breezes, preserving fresh acidity and aromatics in the fruit.

Winemaking Process

Select red grape varieties were harvested early to retain bright acidity and delicate fruit flavours. The juice was kept in contact with skins for a short period to achieve the pale pink hue, then cold fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and vibrancy.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon pink. Aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon and rose petals. The palate is crisp and lively, offering fresh red berry flavours, hints of citrus and a subtle mineral edge, finishing clean and refreshing.
