Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2023 vintage brought a temperate growing season, with well-timed summer rainfall followed by warm, dry conditions leading into harvest. Semillon from sandy alluvial soils delivered bright citrus notes, while Sauvignon Blanc from slightly cooler pockets contributed tropical lift and fresh herbal aromatics.

Winemaking Process

Both varieties were harvested in the early morning to retain maximum vibrancy. Fermented separately in stainless steel with selected yeast strains, each parcel was blended post-fermentation to achieve balance. No oak was used, ensuring a clean, fruit-driven profile.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw in colour. Fresh aromas of lime, lemongrass, passionfruit, and subtle gooseberry. The palate is crisp and zesty, with citrus purity from the Semillon and tropical brightness from the Sauvignon Blanc. A refreshing, balanced finish.
