Adelaide Hills is renowned for its cool-climate winemaking, producing Shiraz with elegance, spice, and finesse compared to warmer regions. The 2024 vintage benefited from a mild growing season, which allowed grapes to ripen slowly, delivering intensity of flavour while retaining freshness and balance.

Winemaking Process
Minimal intervention techniques were employed, with fermentation on skins to capture vibrant colour and fine tannin structure. A portion of the wine was aged in French oak, adding subtle spice and complexity while ensuring the fruit remains the star.

Tasting Notes
A deep garnet-purple Shiraz showing lifted aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and cracked black pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy layers of plum, mulberry, and spice, framed by silky tannins and a gentle touch of oak. The finish is fresh, long, and elegant.

Food Pairing
Excellent with slow-cooked lamb shoulder, chargrilled beef, or roasted eggplant with Middle Eastern spices.
