Crafted from a single vineyard in the heart of South Australia’s Barossa Valley, this Shiraz captures everything that makes the region special: intensity, warmth and character. Produced in small batches from low-yield vines, it offers generous depth of flavour and a structure that feels both powerful and refined.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson in colour with purple hues at the rim. The nose shows rich aromas of blackberry, plum and dark cherry with hints of spice and cedar. On the palate, ripe dark fruits blend with soft oak and fine tannins, creating a full-bodied wine with balance and poise. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving traces of spice and dark berries.

Vintage

The 2018 vintage in South Australia was exceptional, delivering fruit of outstanding quality. Warm, sunny days and cool nights allowed the grapes to ripen evenly, building concentrated flavours while preserving freshness. It was a standout year for Shiraz, producing wines of depth, richness and elegance.

Winemaking
