TASTING NOTES

The fruit used to produce this beautiful Sauvignon Blanc was harvested during early morning hours. The wine was then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on lees for 4 months. This process led to the creation of a pale straw coloured wine. The fragrant nose emanates delicate citrus and stone fruit aromas, with fresh hints of mown grass evident in the backdrop. A sip of the wine offers intense flavours of tropical fruits and citrus. Vibrant mineral acidity combines with these wonderful characters to offer a generous mouthfeel, ending in a soft and captivating finale. This tempting Bleeding Heart Sauvignon Blanc tastes excellent with poached chicken, calamari and Brie cheese.
