This Rosé greets you with lifted aromatics of green raspberries, white peach and a whisper of rose petals. Pale salmon in colour, it looks as refreshing as it tastes.

The palate is dry and finely textured with gentle phenolics adding shape and interest. Expect flavours of summer berries, stonefruit and a clean, lingering finish that keeps you reaching for another sip. It has great length without being heavy, making it an easy choice for warm days or relaxed evenings.

Winemaking Notes

Crafted from a thoughtful blend of Grenache, Malbec, Mataro, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat, each parcel was picked early to lock in freshness. Most components were fermented separately before coming together, resulting in clarity, balance and a hint of complexity.
