The Byrne family has been producing wine for four generations, with a strong focus on estate-grown wines, sustainability and connection to the land. This Single Vineyard Riesling comes from the family's Scotts Creek vineyard, where the original Riesling plantings date back to 1968. These mature vines are known for producing full-flavoured Riesling with strong varietal expression.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2025 vintage was notably cooler than average, with ripening continuing into April. The slower ripening conditions allowed the fruit to develop gradually, resulting in vibrant aromas, bright fruit character and a fresh, balanced style.

Winemaking

The wine has been crafted to showcase the natural varietal character of Riesling and the expression of its single vineyard. The finished wine combines bright citrus and tropical fruit with mineral freshness and lively acidity.

Aroma: A vibrant bouquet of citrus blossom, passionfruit and guava is layered with fresh-cut lime and delicate white floral notes.
