The Fechner brothers' applauded vineyard in the Eden Valley is unique for both its spectacular aromatics and its unique varietal mix. This field blend is a cofermentation consisting of 40% Riesling, 40% GewÃ¼rztraminer and 20% WeiÃŸer Herold

TASTING NOTES:

Big hit of lime juice and fruit, pink rock salt, poached pear, grapefruit, mango chutney, rosewater and Turkish Delight 'dust'. With weight and viscosity and dry spice from the Gewurz... and thrust from the Riesling. Fleshier than one expects and a far drier experience than the nose suggests, thereâ€™s just a little phenolic textural chew that provides versatility. Continues the signature label saline, quinine-esque and grapefruit bittersweet finish. Unique and worthy.
