Vintage Conditions

The 2024 vintage benefited from the warm Mediterranean climate of Provence, with abundant sunshine and cooling influences that allowed the grapes to ripen gradually while retaining freshness and natural acidity. These conditions helped produce a rosé with vibrant fruit expression, aromatic purity and balance.

Winemaking Techniques

Palm Rosé 2024 is crafted from organically grown grapes sourced from vineyards in southern France. The fruit is harvested during the cooler parts of the day to preserve freshness and aromatics. Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation are used to retain delicate fruit characters, resulting in a bright and refreshing Provence-style rosé.
