Christian Drouin VSOP Pale & Dry is a classic Pays d'Auge Calvados crafted from carefully selected cider apples grown in Normandy. Produced using traditional double distillation in copper pot stills, it is matured for several years in small French oak casks before bottling. The name "Pale & Dry" reflects its elegant style, where fresh apple fruit remains the focus rather than heavy oak influence.

Bright aromas of baked apple, pear and vanilla lead into a smooth palate with notes of orchard fruit, gentle spice, toasted almonds and subtle oak. Beautifully balanced and approachable, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in premium Calvados cocktails.

• 90ml premium dry tonic water

• Ice

• Apple slice

Method
