A delicious and rather festive dram from Corowa in rural New South Wales. This single malt whisky has been aged in American oak barrels that previously held Tawny wine (Australia's answer to Port). The final product is a bright, malty and nutty spirit which has developed incredible depth of flavour, benefitting from accelerated aging due to Corowa’s warm climate.
