This Pinot Noir is crafted from estate vines planted in the late 70s and early 80s, which are dry-grown and hand-tended to ensure quality and character. It presents sour cherry and savoury herbal notes, with hints of roasted nuts on the nose, all carried through to the palate. The supple backbone of new French oak adds a spicy finish, enhancing its complexity. It pairs beautifully with dishes like roasted duck, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto, complementing its savoury and spicy notes.
