Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Te Muna Road’s soils, rich in minerals and gravels, give Sauvignon Blanc a distinctive concentration and complexity. The cooler climate extends the growing season, delivering wines with pronounced aromatics and crisp acidity. The 2023 season provided excellent balance, with ripe fruit and intense flavour concentration.

Winemaking Process
The grapes were machine-harvested under cool conditions, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics. A small percentage was aged on lees with gentle stirring, adding a textural dimension to the otherwise crisp style.

Tasting Notes
Bright, expressive aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry, and lime zest, with a subtle herbal note. The palate shows vibrant citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and a mineral core, finishing long, crisp, and refreshing.

Food Pairing
An excellent match for grilled seafood, chèvre, asparagus, or fresh summer salads.
