Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Pinot Noir thrives in Te Muna Road’s high-altitude terraces, where cool nights preserve acidity and long daylight hours encourage steady ripening. The 2022 vintage was excellent, marked by warm, dry conditions that produced fruit of exceptional concentration and balance.

Winemaking Process
Grapes were hand-harvested and sorted with precision. Fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts, incorporating a portion of whole bunches for complexity and structure. The wine was then matured in French oak barriques, 25–30% new, for 10 months.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, violets, and subtle oak spice. The palate is silky and refined, showing layers of red fruit, forest floor, and fine tannins. A long, savoury finish underscores its elegance and age-worthiness.

Ideal with roast duck, lamb, venison, or wild mushroom dishes.
