Cesare Credaro was the first member of the Credaro family to reside in the Margaret River wine region. He worked in one of the first vineyards of the region, and is the force behind the success of Credaro Wines. The Credaro cellar door is located on the ridge of Yallingup in Western Australia. It offers an unmatched experience of drinking award winning wines in the midst of a picturesque setting.

TASTING NOTES

This award winning Shiraz exhibits a deep red to purple colour. The well balanced bouquet exhibits intense aromas of dark berry fruits coupled with floral notes and a slight touch of leaf and spice. These fragrances are pinned against a backdrop of savoury undertones from forest floor elements. The palate is rich and concentrated, brimming with juicy flavours of plum and dark cherry. Earthy notes enhance the palate, while fine tannins complete it, leading to a long finish marked by hints of herbs and violets. This elegant red wine can be cellared for two decades or more from vintage. Pair it with food preparations like meat pie, beef burger or chocolate pavlova to fully appreciate its rich flavour profile.
