Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

Grapes for this Merlot are sourced from selected vineyards within Margaret River. The 2023 season posed challenges with reduced yields due to La Niña conditions, yet delivered small fruit and concentrated flavours under favourable warm days and cool nights.

Winemaking

This wine is crafted with gentle handling and stainless steel fermentation to preserve crisp fruit expression. Maturation in oak contributes subtle complexity while maintaining the wine’s approachable style and texture.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Medium dark red with purple tints.

• Aroma: Rich red and blue fruit aromas with hints of violets and pop rock florals.

• Palate: A harmonious blend of plum skin and blue fruit flavours with sweet cocoa tannins, finishing with a vibrant raspberry coulis character.

• Finish: Clean, lingering and flavourful with smooth tannins and charming brightness.

Food Pairing
