Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon was sourced from select Margaret River vineyards with gravelly soils and cool maritime breezes. The vintage featured mild and consistent conditions, producing grapes with vibrant acidity, fresh aromatics, and excellent varietal clarity.

Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested fruit was gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and lift. Minimal intervention ensured purity of fruit, while careful blending of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon provided structure, complexity, and balance.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of lime zest, passionfruit, and fresh herbs are layered with subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp, vibrant, and textural, showing citrus and stone fruit flavours with a clean, refreshing finish.
