Region & Vintage
The Limestone Coast in South Australia is celebrated for its cool maritime climate and unique terra rossa soils over limestone. These conditions produce Pinot Noir with lifted aromatics, vibrant acidity, and fine structure. The 2024 vintage was mild and consistent, allowing for slow ripening and excellent flavour development, delivering purity and finesse in the fruit.

Winemaking Process
Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented with partial whole bunch inclusion to enhance complexity and aromatics. Gentle extraction preserved delicate tannins, while maturation in seasoned French oak added depth and subtle spice without masking varietal expression.

Tasting Notes
A luminous crimson hue with aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and wild strawberry, complemented by notes of rose petal and subtle spice. The palate is elegant yet juicy, offering flavours of red berries, pomegranate, and a hint of earthiness. Fine tannins and bright acidity provide balance, leading to a long, graceful finish.
